The Introduction of Steel Bar Truss Floor Decking System
The steel bar truss floor decking is a composite formwork in which the steel bars in the floor slab are processed into steel bar trusses in the factory, and the steel bar trusses are welded into one piece with the galvanized profiled steel sheet bottom formwork.
During the construction stage, the steel bar truss floor decking can bear the construction load, and it can be directly laid on the beams. After a simple steel bar construction process, the concrete can be poured.
Since it completely replaces the function of the formwork, the formwork erection and dismantling work is reduced, and the construction efficiency of the floor slab is greatly improved.
The steel bar truss floor decking has the characteristics of being economical, convenient, safe and reliable. Removal-free Steel Truss Floor Plate
1)The bottom plate of the non-detachable steel bar truss floor decking uses specially customized and dedicated cement fiberboard as the bottom plate, which is connected by special connectors. The specially customized cement fiberboard has stronger toughness than ordinary fiberboard. The surface has undergone professional and special treatment, resulting in a strong bonding force with the concrete, and there will be no cracks or peeling phenomena.
2)The non-detachable steel bar truss floor decking is a composite formwork in which the steel bars in the floor slab are processed into steel bar trusses in the factory, and the steel bar trusses and cement fiberboard are assembled into one unit on-site. This formwork system combines the steel bars in the concrete floor slab with the construction formwork into one entity, forming a load-bearing component that can bear the self-weight of the wet concrete and the construction load during the construction stage. Moreover, this component can be used as the lateral support of the steel beam during the construction stage. In the service stage, the steel bar truss and the concrete work together to bear the service load.
